If you haven't received your digital downloadable content following a purchase be sure to

1. Make sure that the transaction has gone through
   
2. Check you junk email folder to see if the email containing the link to download your products has been marked as spam by your email
3. If you still can't find the email from Send Owl with your link to download your purchase please contact us at support@thecomicalanatomistshop.com and we will re-send your copy to you
   

Sorry, unfortunately The Comical Anatomist Shop does not allow you to request a refund for simply changing your mind.

If you have received a physical product from The Comical Anatomist Shop that has been damaged during transit please contact us at support@thecomicalanatomist.com with your name, email, order number and photo's of the damaged item so we can assess the issue and provide you with a speedy resolution. In the case the item has been damaged during transit we will be happy to send you a replacement or provide you with a refund on your purchase.

In the case of digital download products if there are any issues with the link to download or you are unable to open the file please let us know and we will be happy to help you and email you with a replacement if required.
